Nicola King, 24, from Andover, Hants, dropped to four stone in the throes of anorexia and her parents were told to say their goodbyes when her vital organs began to shut down. But after taking up body building Nicola transformed her body in just 18 months and last weekend was crowned champion in the best body transformation category at Pure Elite’s UK championships.
