In 2019, inspired by the brave people of Hong Kong who stood up to the Chinese Communist Party, Maura Moynihan started this series of artworks to expose the CCP’s assault on the rights and freedom of Hong Kong, and of the world.

In 2018, Maura wrote the song Maha Devi Ki Nam – Name of the Great Goddess – which accompanies the slideshow – the song is about the destruction of Mother Earth by the CCP and an invocation to Devi for protection.

Originally, Steve Bannon and Maura Moynihan planned to have an art show at Himalaya Embassy that was established by Miles Guo in New York. But the CCP virus delayed the plan.
