People should be able to go on holiday ‘without looking over their shoulders’ says Transport Secretary Grant Shapps, who told Sky’s Kay Burley that there would not be any changes to travel rules for at least three weeks.

Mr Shapps said the extent of the vaccination programme in the UK meant the situation was very different to last summer and more people would be able to travel.

  4. The thick aspects voted for this lot they are very quiet now but then it is difficult to defend the indefensible.

  5. If India moving from red to amber with over 42000 infections cases today, So why a country like Egypt with about 50 to 60 cases a day and hardly recording any COVID realated deaths at all still on the red list 🤷‍♂️

  6. 'We know a lot more about the virus now than last year' that's totally true, we now know it only kills around 2% of people one of the lowest death rates out of a couple dozen other things. When are people going to wear helmets and Knight suits when crossing the road?
