  3. Yeah we don't identify as arabs we're phoenicians. And also our spoken language is derivative from sirian (not syrian) and not really arabic but we understand and write arabic just fine. So politically speaking lebanon has to identify as an "arab country" kind of like a front for many historic and political reasons.
