How to Increase Egg Laying! Ark Survival Evolved

This video discusses how to increase egg laying in Ark Survival Evolved. There are a few differnet methods. The first method is to have at least one male with your female(s) as there seems to be some sort of boost in the egg laying interval. The second is to have a tame oviraptor set on wander and weighed down so it can’t move.
On Xbox One and I assume PS4 there is an egg laying interval setting that can be changed. On PC there may be a console command, but I don’t know it.

  1. My female Carno is laying 0 eggs, even when mate boosted. My Female Trex layed 4 eggs so far, and I had my female carno for significantly longer. Is this a glitch or something?

Edit: Nvm… as soon as I look back up at my game, whaddya know, it's a carno egg…

  2. I’ve been trying to find a video for eggs and no one explains it … ty now I know I need female and Doesn’t require a male , but I will definitely get 4 females and 2 males for each ty . But btw where and how do I find out about Dino boosts ? Like I hear people saying haveing like 3 raptors in a group will give a boost in damage ? Where y’all finding this info ty again

  3. Im super pissed I'm playing solo am I on map and actually have the egg-laying intervals boosted a bit. I have an egg farm setup and everything. My daughter is Lay hundreds of eggs but none of my other dinos latest single egg I don't know what to do. I don't know if I have something in the settings said wrong or what but my dodos is Lay hundreds of eggs and the rest of my dinos don't last single one and I have egg-laying intervals x 10 so it should shoot out a ton of eggs but the only ones that lay eggs are the darn dodos. I can breed them in the lay an egg but eggs for Kibble for not laying I have this awesome Egg farm all set up with the female of practically everything but they're not laying egg anyone have any advice I even have an oviraptor

  4. Hi there! Loved the video, hoping you could answer my question. What setting/multipler do you need to change for wild wyvern eggs to spawn more frequently? Also do you increase or decrease the number? Thanks so much in advance 🙂

  5. Dude… Get. To. The. POINT. This video had way too much irrelevant talking. Also recording while in 3rd person is less disorienting to your viewer than 1st person view.
