Lamborghini belonging to Sergio Romero wrecked after crash

Manchester United goalkeeper Sergio Romero has crashed his £170,000 sports car close to the club’s training ground. Romero (inset), back-up keeper to David de Gea, was pictured this morning standing beside his smashed-up Lamborghini at the side of the road close to the Carrington complex (right). The car appeared to have gone right through the crash barrier. United have confirmed the player was not hurt. The 32-year-old has been at Old Trafford since 2015 and has played nine times in all competitions this season. The Argentine was an unused substitute in their 2-0 defeat by Liverpool yesterday.
