Launched in 2006 Nat Geo Junior is a multi-faceted programming block for kids on National Geographic Channel where for the very first time it had launched a national hunt for a child that would bring alive the concept of Think again.
Nat Geo Junior Hunt is an innovative initiative that provides leverage to Nat Geos core value in its search for the brightest spark in the nation. A child that exemplifies the spirit of exploration and possesses the ability to look at the world differently. Covering more than 400 schools across India, Nat Geo Junior Hunt is a quest to find Indias super kid A child who is Curious; Adventurous; Articulate; Energetic and Smart; in brief, an ALL ROUNDER.

It is an attempt to provide an intelligent platform for kids to showcase their talent through a fun-filled, learning experience. During our hunt, these youngsters reach winning point only after going through rounds of auditions with elimination that challenge their creativity, lateral thinking, articulation, and teamwork.
This child will host the Nat Geo Junior series on the channel; and would have the opportunity to be the face of Nat Geo Junior. The child will get immense exposure as he/she will be associated with the NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL for a period of 6 months.
Each of these opportunities would enrich the child immensely and will bring Pride to his / her school and family. .
