  1. I started binge watching this series after randomly comming across and watching all of the episode were two Australian women survived on a ledge in the mountains for 10 days

  2. that has to be horrible
you get stuck in the middle of the ocean
    completely dehydrated
and you can’t drink a single drop of the billions of gallons of water around you

  3. I WANT TO SHARE TO SHARE A TRUE STORY OF HOW I USED THE SOS SIGNALS TO SAVE TWO MEN FROM A PLANE CRASH IN THE SEA!

TEN YEARS AGO, APPROXIMATELY, I WAS LIVING ON ROTA ISLAND, A SMALL ISLAND IN THE NORTHERN MARIANNA ISLANDS IN THE NORTH PACIFIC, FIFTY MILES FROM GUAM. I LIVED ON A SEA CLIFF FACING GUAM. ONE DAY I WAS READING A MAGAZINE AND SAW THE SOS SIGNALS SHOWN ON A PAGE. I DECIDED. SINCE I LIVED ON THE SEA, IT WAS GOOD FOR ME TO KNOW THEM SO I STUDIED THEM. ABOUT THREE OR FOUR DAYS FOLLOWING THIS, I LOOKED OUT MY BACK DOOR TO THE STEPS DOWN TO THE SEA AND i FELT AN UNCONTROLLABLE URGE TO GO DOWN AND SWIM OFF THE CLIFF. ALTHOUGH LIVING THERE SEVERAL YEARS, I HAD NEVER SWAM THERE, BUT I GOT MY SWIMSUIT ON AND WENT DOWN AND JUMPED IN.
AFTER MAKING A CIRCLE, I CAME BACK UP.

I HAD JUST COME UP AND TURNED AND FACED THE SEA, WHEN I SPOTTED A SMALL PLANE COMING DOWN AND I THOUGHT, '''IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO CRASH INTO THE SEA!" SUDDENLY, IT DID JUST THAT! I WATCHED AS IT FLOATED AND TWO MEN GOT OUT AND SAT ON THE ROOF OF THE PLANE. I ALSO SAW A SMALL CABIN CRUISER BOAT CLOSER TO ME, SO I DID THE SOS SIGNALS I HAD JUST LEARNED. THE BOAT SAW ME AND STOPPED! THEN I POINTED OUT THE PLANE BEHIND THEM. THEY SAW IT AND TURNED AND SPED BACK TO IT AND I WATCHED THEM PULL THE TWO MEN FROM THE TOP OF THE PLANE. THEN THE PLANE SUNK INTO THE SEA AND THE BOAT SPED BACK TO THE DOCK. I LEARNED THE NEXT DAY THAT THE MEN WERE TAKEN TO OUR LOCAL HOSPITAL, SO I WENT TO SEE THEM.

I EXPLAINED HOW I HAD SEEN THEM CRASH. THEN ONE OF THE MEN SAID, "WE DON'T KNOW HOW THE BOAT MANAGED TO SEE US. THEN I TOLD THEM HOW I SIGNALED IT WITH THE SOS SIGNALS. THEN I SAID, SAID, "IT WAS GOD!'" AND ONE OF THEM TOLD THE OTHER, "I TOLD YOU IT WAS GOD! " I SAID, THE WAY IT ALL WORKED TOGETHER TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE PLANE SUNK AND I HAD JUST LEARNED THE SIGNALS AND FELT I HAD TO GO SWIM, IT HAD TO BE GOD AT WORK! HE THEN TOLD THE OTHER MAN, "I TOLD YOU IT WAS GOD!"

THAT MADE MY DAY! THE WORKS OF GOD ARE AMAZING AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY!

  4. AWESOME ROB you had a good will and spiritual strength to survive.Along with your wonderful amazing wife she did the right thing call out to her Tupuna kia ora Rangi you never gave up. I would most probably been out on the boat looking for him.

  5. Beyond amazing …almost unbelievable and an inspiring story of the will to live as well as people not giving up in their search of him who should also be applauded 👍👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👍👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👏🏻👍👏🏻

  6. YouTube comments used to be random, horrible or pointless. Now it's just reposting and tired formats-what is happening to people? Is the new generation really this boring?

  7. This is an amazing story and I only have one issue with it. I’ve been cut and torn while in the ocean. Ocean salinity is similar to the human body. It always felt good to wash the cuts in ocean water. That kind of confuses me.

  8. The rescue look out planes should carry high resolution cameras feeding live feed to image processing computers to locate something in the sea rather than manually looking. Light UAVs could also be roped in to scan the whole area.

  9. Wow the scene when robs wife walked into the ocean, and the one where she made an offering and a prayer to her Maori ancestors was really moving
