0:45 ARRIVALS FROM NON-RED LIST COUNTRIES
Travellers will be required to quarantine in full for 10 days on return to the UK – this denotes that passengers must not leave their home either to exercise, walk their pets or to go to the supermarket –substitute provision must be made to get essential items during this period including for example utilization of supermarket/food delivery services or friends/family to bring essential supplies; and

British nationals and non-British nationals with a right of residence in the UK for example those that possess Skilled Worker visas or family visas for the UK) are still allowed to travel to the UK from a red list country then again quarantine in a supervised quarantine facility is compulsory on arrival in the UK for a period of 10 days (11 nights). The cost of a quarantine package per person is £1,750 (this includes lodging, food and Coronavirus testing during their stay).

  1. question: What are the rules for someone coming from a red listed country but who is fully vaccinated i.e. has recieved two doses of the vaccine?

    My cousin is held in one of the red list countries. He wants to come back to UK but he is thinking to get first vaccine from there and then travel back to UK.
    This will make less worring while staying in there and travelling back.

    My question is …. what are the rules for those passengers who are vaccinated or had their first vaccine from red list countries and then they are travelling back to UK ?

  9. £1750 is way too high,,hope uk govt comes up with some other adjunctive measures to make the rules more flexible and affordable !!
