  1. As soon as I saw that cloud calling in distress call would be my priority as well as turning my beacon on and setting up my survival tent and heater if I had one. Gear is what these people fail to bring.

  2. "They weren't expecting to see ice" … really?? Ive never climbed a snowy mountain before, but if i did, i would assume i will need to have gear appropriate for ice.

  3. I vaguely remember when I was a kid I thought people climbed mountains for treasure, to find bigfoot or something rewarding
Still can't fathom why people do it we know there's nothing up there

  4. Ok…so…how does a person who is in a completely disparaging and life threatening situation forget they have a phone? How?

  5. That's one hell of a first date!
First, I thought, who the hell does even this kind of stuff on a first date. Then I remembered that my (now) fiance took me a couple of thousand of miles up in the air in a small propeller plane and put me on steering it. Got a 30 sec walk-through of the plane mid-air and I had no other choice than grab the steering thing and try to fly it. If I failed, we'd crash because this small plane had no back-up stuff that the real pilot could use to save us. I have never been in a small aircraft, I don't have a driver's license and have rarely been around motor driven vehicles because I grew up in a big city.
We didn't die, and I had a great time. Now we've been together for nearly five years and he's for sure the love of my life.
